DUI laws in Phoenix are changing. Gov. Jan Brewer signed a new DUI bill that changed some of the rules, but the public only found out after the bill was signed of the law changes. Now, first-time, non-extreme DUI defendants cannot request a jury trial. How do you feel about the law changes? AZCentral has an interesting article on the subject.
